And I’m obsessed with joy.
My successful small businesses have paid for 10 “once-in-a-lifetime” trips to Disney World.
Now I’m on a mission to fill the world with happy small business owners just like you.
I believe that fulfilment is the bedrock of joy and so, alongside my wonderful daytime job, I run two happy small businesses: Theta Jewellery and this, the Happy Side Hustle.
These businesses not only explode the creativity in me, but they also fill my money-pot with dream-vacation money and every other luxury you can think of.
My day job pays for the bills – my happy side hustles pay for my dreams.
Here’s a few random things about me:
I’m a HUGE Disney fan (can you tell? 😉) and a huge-er Snoopy fan.
In 2022 I used my side hustle funds to take a California trip to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, where I met my childhood hero, Snoopy!
I have been successfully setting up businesses for 17 years, and have discovered that there is a simple formula for success.

An eternal optimist. I choose joy whenever humanly possible.
My life isn’t perfect – but it’s a joy. I love waking up in the morning, knowing that I’m spreading joy around like confetti and helping others live out their dreams and in turn, spread their joy to the world.
I have an amazing day job as a Happiness Psychologist which I love, and two small businesses which fill my joy cup (and my dream-money pot).
I live the life of my dreams, but I am by no means perfect.
I have wobbles, off-days, and am trying to navigate my role in mothering my adult children.
But in all of those, I try my best to choose joy.
