I’m a Happiness Psychologist and a small business mentor before I’m anything to do with tech. So I care much less about what AI can do, and much more about what it gives you back.
I’ll show you my actual prompts, my actual mistakes and the shortcuts that made the biggest difference, and I’ll lend you my energy while you have a go.
Why you don’t need to be super techy
Using AI well is a communication skill, not a coding one. You already know your business, your customers and your voice better than any tool ever will. My job is simply to help you hand over the heavy lifting, and keep everything that makes your business yours.
Even ten minutes a day counts.
